It might not be the fault of the vitamin. Vitamin D can be gained from safe sun exposure, generally 20 minutes a day for most people. You may want to talk to your doctor too; there could be an underlying health condition affecting your vitamin levels.
-- Contributed by: Jeanne GrunertI have gotten test results that show me to me severely Vitamin D Deficient. I have been taking 1-A-Day for women for over two years that is supposed to have 200% of the RDA as listed on the bottle. I have called the company and reported this situation and am supposed to get a call back and have not yet. However, they sent me some coupons. I see on this site that you list the same brand but for men and not women. Vit. D is also in other supplements that I take so I very concerned that I am very deficient.
