I started taking a vitamin B supplement and weight has just started dropping off. that is the only thing I have done different, no diet change, etc. Actually, I really don't want to lose any more weight at this point. I had always been anemic as a child and had to get B shots when pregnant. Is it possible that in people with vitamin B deficiency, taking a supplement actually helps their bodies work normally?

I've recently been taking a B Complex supplement daily. Over the last month I have had limitless engergy - I never feel tired, my skin has become soft and hydrated and lost 4kg! Its the best thing I have done.

The best way to increase Vitmin B in your body is to include vitamin B rich foods in your diet each day. You can also take a daily B Complex supplement.
